I’ve been using the google blogger for a few years now and decided to move to wordpress. I’m hoping the transition is fairly painless but I apologize in advance for any glitches.

My name is Andy Baluca-I’m a giant kid at heart and adore superheroes (especially Wonder Woman). I work full time as a registered nurse on a trauma unit and I’ve worked with children in recreation or some other capacity for over fifteen years. My husband and I have a passion for travel that started after we graduated from nursing school. Our dream is to one day travel the world blogging about our many adventures and capture the unbelievable sights with a camera.

I hope the information posted here is beneficial to anyone out there looking to pack a bag (emphasis on ONE bag) and get lost in a new country. If my blog helps just one person to  travel somewhere new, try a new food dish, meet new people or explore a new neighborhood, than it will be worth sharing these adventures with all of you.

One of our favorite way to document our adventures is with our Little Superheroes. These two were painted by a good friend to sit on top of our bundt cake at our wedding. Now we try to take them along on all our adventures and snap photos of them enjoying the view.
